I really liked the staff in the hotel and also the breakfast. When we checked in we had booked a room with three beds and a double room. But we actually got a suite and an other bigger room than we had ordered. That was a really amazing effort by the hotel. Thank you!

The front office staff was very courteous They upgraded my rooms and gave me choice to select my rooms, The children loved the pool, Parking was available, we are happy.

Location, walking distance to the old "pazar" and other places, the housekeeping was great and the girls at the front desk were both very helpful, but the service at most of the hotels at city of Korce must do a lot of changes to better serve the tourists. There is a lot that needs to be learned.

First, thank you for the room upgrade. in the room we found eveeyrhink ready. Rhe crib for the baby was in there, with a nice toy for the baby. well appriciated. room 301: suite big enough for a family of 4, room alleready heated. Nice view, confy bed. room 502: nice view from the 5-th floor. the girls at the reception were polite and helpfull. The pool was nice and warm, looked very clean. Breackfast was sodisfing and the coffe very tasty to start the day with 😃

Staff are very good and location is perfect. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was ok, but they will make you a great coffee if you ask. Parking is restricted so make sure you check with them first.

The location was amazing , the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and they went over and above with assisting us with our queries FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - very large, very clean room for 3 adults 😊

The hotel is central, within 7 minutes walk to the old bazaar. The rooms are spacious with huge windows for natural light.

The hotel is at an amazing location. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I booked a double room and they offered me a mini suite for the same price because they were not fully booked. They even allowed me a free late check in.
